In case of presential trainings: If the event could not be conducted due to a major incident, a replan of the class will not exceed a period of 3 month or the exact registration fee amount would be refunded to the customer. Your sole remedy in the event of such replan is to cancel your order and obtain a refund.
If the registration in a course by a student is cancelled from the time of registration to 3 weeks before the first day of class, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. Otherwise, there will be NO REFUNDS issued within 3 weeks prior to the first day of class. The absence of some students to a session does not invalidate the meeting.
