Nowadays we often get fuzzy, because of many reasons, but mainly due to our professional life. We get stuck into frames that make us forget how to move forward, or at least know what we are stuck into.
Lead myself, how?
There are five recommended drivers to trigger once you find yourself in a dizzy situation:
- Set intentions for good positive habits : it will help you become an active learner and unlock the intrinsic motivation. Framing our attentions will increase the focus on the journey we are living to build strong meaning.
- Develop the awareness of the mindset and the well-being: Mindset = Attitude + Beliefs. Whenever you feel the need of polishing your mindset, congrats because you are aware, take a pause and reframe the whole senario. Is it right to adopt this mindset? or not? (Expert vs curious, protection vs opportinity, reactive vs creative …)
- Strengthen your relationships through : attention, empathy, compassion and vulnerability. Don’t be the interesting person in the room, become the interested one. Respond instead of reacting. Be humble.
- Build learning habits, in three big steps: preparation (small steps to set the intentions and the plan while anticipating the roadblocks), execution (going forward, being mindful while teaching other to learn even better) and reflection (taking the time to reflect about the journey and share it with others to get insightful feedback).
- Maintain your good habits: examin & question, analyze your patters and consider better alternatives.
